What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?
Every Astrid & Miyu piece comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
