Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your jewelry securely in its original Astrid & Miyu box and ensure the package is sealed properly to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
